Do you take walk-ins? Yes. Walk-ins are welcome on the heated terrace (subject to availability). However, we recommend booking in advance for seamless experience.

How do I book? Call in or use our booking page: /reservations. For special requests or groups, add a note when booking.

What are your opening hours? Daily from 6 pm – 1 am.

Where are you and how do I get there? We’re in Knightsbridge, just off Sloane Street and a short walk from Harrods. Address: 28 Pavilion Road, London SW1X 0HH. Nearest stations: Knightsbridge (Piccadilly Line) and Sloane Square (District & Circle).

Do you serve alcohol and mocktails? Yes—signature cocktails, wine, beer and a full range of non-alcoholic options.

How do you manage hygiene and quality? We use disposable hoses, sanitised stems/mouthpieces.

Is there outdoor seating? Yes, we are outdoor only in our private heated terrace.

What is the age policy? Shisha is 18+. Please bring valid photo ID if asked. We operate the Challenge 25 policy.

Do you host groups or private events? Yes. We can accommodate small groups, contact us with your date, time and party size.

Is there a dress code? We believe in individuality and whatever you're comfortable/confident in.

Do you have parking? Parking available.
